William Evans
Will Evans is a pianist, keyboardist, and composer based in New York City. Since graduating from the Manhattan School of Music in 2023, he has stayed busy as a sideman and leader, performing at venues including Dizzy’s Club, The Jazz Gallery, Carnegie Hall, Birdland, The Django, Zinc Bar, and the 55 Bar, and has had the honor of sharing the stage with such distinguished musicians as Jimmy Heath, Ingrid Jensen, Darcy James Argue, Dick Oatts, Matt Wilson, Wallace Roney, Don Braden, Avery Sharpe, Jack Walrath, Fima Ephron, Luques Curtis and Albert Rivera.
His debut album, Serpentine, released in July 2025, explores a variety of musical landscapes through ten original compositions, guiding listeners along an intricate sonic journey.
In addition to his performing career, he is a passionate teacher on the faculties of the Manhattan School of Music Precollege, Litchfield Jazz Camp, and Brooklyn Youth Chorus, among others.
